MADEIRA SWIMRUN is the final chapter of the 2019 Swimrun National Series and will also be the qualifying stage for the Aquaticrunner IWC World Championship World Stage in 2020.

After two editions with the participation of more than two dozen athletes, in an initiative to launch the sport by Ludens Clube de Machico in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, MADEIRA SWIMRUN now returns in 2019 for the third edition, in a unique distance of 15km open to individual and teams participation.

The natural landscapes between Ponta de São Lourenço, passing through Caniçal with arrival to the city of Machico, along with a diversity of sea conditions and also of the trails crossed, present themselves as an attractive challenge to all participants.
